Online Purchases

All orders despatched within 1-3 days and you will be notified by email or phone when ready for collection from your nominated dealer. You will need a copy of Order Reference No. to collect goods. If there is any delay we will contact you. Allow 5-7 delivery days for regional NSW, Victoria, Southern Queensland and 7-10 days for other states and areas.

Cancelling Online Purchase

Please send us an email at advising us of your decision (within the 14 day period) so we can process your request to not collect the product from your nominated dealer. When the dealer contacts us unused), we will then issue you a credit less the return shipping costs, which are to be covered by you.

Not Refundable or Returnable

We cannot refund a product that has been used.
